What it costs
$165 per item gives you an comprehensive industry compliant Technical report that your insurer requires to assess your claim. The fee charged will in most cases be re-imbursed by your insurer when claim is settled. If your uncertain if report costs are covered then please speak with your insurer prior to coming to us. If your item is deemed repairable then costs to rectify will be quoted in the report which in addition to the report fee.

Everton Park QLD 4053. For large or many items, please contact us prior to coming to our shop. If your damaged item is too big to bring then we may in limited cases call out to your home or workplace for inspection and documentation.
End of life Program
If you item is not repaired, we can take care of it and have it ethically recycled by our e-waste affiliate after your claim has been settled. We generally hold items pending possible insurer assessment for up to 14 days.
