I took an old mates damaged TV antenna in to see if it was repairable and told the guys what had happened to it. They gave me a quote, then got in touch 24 hrs later to say the job was done. Mark gave me great advice and helped me with information about a replacement printer as mine was past repair. Mark assisted me to find a suitable replacement and showed me his own printer to allow me to see exactly what I was looking for. He gave me good advice on purchasing replacement toner cartridges and went out of his way to assist me. I found Mark to be extremely customer focused and very knowledgeable about his craft. I would recommend Mark to anyone requiring excellent customer service and advice. I will be using Mark's (and Peter's) business in the future for any computer repair needs. Thank you Mark.

My laptop had full system failure this week and I brought it here based on a recommendation and their great Google reviews.

Pete was very helpful, friendly and transparent from the start, explaining everything in a way that I could understand. What could’ve been a stressful situation ended up being very smooth and I’m so happy with the outcome. He and Mark found a significant issue (a broken capacitor), fixed it quickly with communication through the process, and completed the work at a great price.

OMG amazing, Peter fixed my laptop in record time what a bloody legend, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, they are kind and gentle when dealing with people who know next to nothing about computer and didn't make me feel insecure about not having computer knowledge ... All supervising Technicians are Endorsed with the required QLD Electrical Workers License.

Whist under manufactures warranty, you will need to present your TV to the authorised Service centre applicable to the Brand you have.

What it costs and is TV Repair viable?

Costs vary from case to case but give us a call before heading down and we should be able to give you a good indication of a good ball park price range.

Our inspection fee varies from Brand and Size, Please give us a call and we will let you know before you bring your TV to us. If an inspection fee is charged it will cover then time and expenses for assessing your TV. This Fee (if charged), wont be refunded if your TV is deemed not economical to repair. If you proceed with repairs, then this inspection fee charge goes towards the end cost so you only pay the difference at collection.

Where

We provide in shop service only for TV at present. If you can get your TV into your vehicle, we most often are able to assist you at the shop end getting your TV in out out of your vehicle. For very large or heavy TV’s, please contact us prior to coming to our shop.

If you TV is not repaired, we can take care of it and have it ethically recycled by our e-waste affiliate.
